AGREE Activity

The AGREE Activity is USAID-supported with the overall goal to ensure responsive governance for improved agricultural development in Ghana. It succeeds the Northern Ghana Governance Project (NGGP). The AGREE Activity comprises three distinct initiatives: 1) Governance Initiative; 2) COVID-19 Response Initiative; and 3) WISH Initiative. The Activity aligns with USAID’s Country Development and Cooperation Strategy for Ghana in ensuring: 1) Strengthened Responsive, Democratic Governance; 2) Sustainable and Broad Economic Growth.

WANEP-Ghana is working in collaboration with other institutions, with CARE International in Ghana as the lead to implement the project in northern Ghana (Upper East, Upper West, Northern, Savannah, and North East).
